DownloadI feel a connection whenever I look into a horses eyes. Can’t explain it but it’s there. Would love to learn more and help them. Kindness for others , both people and animals who’ve suffered is something to share. I lost a child several years ago and when your spirit is broken, you need help to heal. Actually helping others helps you heal.
I miss being around horses and would love to help however I can.
My experience with horses comes from my youth. I spent time with my aunt's horses growing up and did quite a few horseback riding trips in the girl scouts. Since then I have always loved horses.
I love animals. Not anywhere close to being able to afford land of our own/horses. So I’d love to learn how to care for them in case of a dream come true, one day.
To spend some time with them. I can't afford one but being around them helps my soul .
I love the smell, feel, eyes and intuition of horses. I have seen them be a part of changing people's lives through what they teach us. I would like to be able to give back to them. Often times I would rather be around horses than people. At this point in my life, I am very consciously choosing what I want in my life. Horses are at the top of the list.
I finished out our horse time in CA about 3 yrs. ago when we moved here and as you probably know, the love of horses is in your blood and I miss that special bonding.
This matters to you care about protecting the vulnerable. If you stand for justice and abhor unfair oppression. If you root for the underdog. If you wish to see light overpower darkness, right over wrong. If perhaps you have had challenges in your life and can relate to horses' journey. If you like animals and love horses. If you have wanted to form a relationship with the West and horses but perhaps don't ride and didn't know how. If you do ride and understand the close bond and satisfaction of working with an equine.
The Liberty Sanctuary is for you because doing these gracious animals justice matters. Doing the right thing matters. This is the Code of the West.
" Your passion for Liberty Sanctuary is truly contagious. I have left inspired and motivated by the incredible work you do. The love and care you give to these beautiful animals is truly remarkable, and it was an honor to witness it."
Gen Gunnarson, Park City equestrian
